So - BM and MOH in less than a year.....

Wait WHAT!?!?!

Yup. I mentioned in my post last week that my cousin BGonzo and my bff JVilla both got engaged in December.  Now being that these two are part of my close knit circle of chicas - it was very likely that I would be involved in their weddings to some capacity.  Well you will be happy to know that I am a Bridesmaid (BM) in BGonzo's wedding - in October of this year and Matron of Honor (MOH) in JVilla's wedding - in February of next year.

Now at first it was gonna be super stressful because they were both thinking of getting married this year in October - one on the 12th and the other on the 26th.  I didn't know how I was gonna pull this off.  BUT luckily JVilla moved hers to February 21, 2014!  PHEW!!! Dodged a bullet on that one!

Now BGonzo is not a blogger - so she doesn't have a blog I can reference, but I do want to tell you a story.  A few years ago a blogger named Kelly (most of you should know who she is, but just in case - KellysKorner ) had started a series called Show Us Your Life which runs on Fridays.  Well one Friday she had SUYL - SINGLES edition.  I thought.. OH YEAH I'm totally putting my BGonzo on there. Unfortunately I got no hits :( BUT saw some potential matches for her.  Some of them lived too far, but then some of them were close!  Those that were close, were hunters, fishermen, or not her style so she said no thanks.  Fast forward to now - her Fiance is 1) a hunter 2) totally not what she pictured as her style and 3) JUST RIGHT!!!!!!  I know that God's plan for us is totally unexpected and totally not what we always think it should be.

Noooowww for JVilla's story - now her life has probably mirrored mine the most as we have gone through the same thing when it comes to love.  She had a long term relationship gone bad and then out of nowhere came her prince.  (that is exactly how it happened for me!) - she does do the blogging and you can find her here JVilla

Yes.. I LOVE weddings and planning and being a part of someone's special day.  I can't wait to share more about these two special ladies!
