Physically - I have been sick for the last few days or so. It's nothing in particular but like last Thursday, I had a headache from I dont know where or why. It was horrible, so I didn't go to band practice - just went straight home from work and went to bed. Woke up Friday STILL with the same dumb headache and stayed in bed. Blech! All weekend, I just felt blah.. no bueno.
Not my bed BUT will definitely be somewhere where I will be glad to take a nap (cruise!!!)
Mentally - I'm tired... like maybe I just need a vacay or just time away where I don't need to do anything for anyone. It's weird and I don't get it, but yeah. I need time away.

Spiritually - For about a month and a half, I led (or helped lead) worship at church. It has been powerful and spirit lead, but just in the last few days I feel like I have hit a plateau. Maybe it's because I missed two weeks (being out of town for anniversary and then I was sick this past weekend) and so I feel like I am missing something - IDK! but I don't like it!
I really need to get out of this funk... it's hurting me productively and creatively. Though I have managed to keep the nails in check...

I am hoping that this dumb funk will be long gone in no time because it's definitely not my style, that's for sure!

I hope you get out of your funk soon. We all need to get away every now and then and you'll be able to do that pretty soon!
