Happies and Crappies

So I saw this on JVilla's blog as well as Savannah's  - so I thought I would join! :)

- Happies -
1. Celebrated 7 years of wedding bliss.  I can honestly say that we are happily married and enjoying every minute of it.  We are closer than ever with our goals and ideas which makes for a wonderful marriage.

 2. Finally, after 6 years, I wore a dress to work on casual Friday.  It's a Maxi Dress, but I paired it with a cardigan to dress it up enough for work. I got it last year at Target for like $10.78 or something cheap like that!

3. My little brother Jonathan is coming to stay at our house this weekend.  I love this guy and we always have fun when he stays over!

4. I get to try on dresses for my bff's wedding tomorrow!! More importantly my sister and I get to help her choose her dress! :)

5. My hair is finally growing long enough for me to get to do fun stuff with it. 

- CRAPPIES -

 1. We celebrated our anniversary by going to The Aquarium - but we were surrounded by children all over the place!  I love children, but come on - it was a Monday night, School night, and almost 8pm! 

2. Had to go to court for a family thing and was dressed up real nice - though I didn't really check the weather... yeah, it was like 42 degrees and I wore open toed shoes.  My feet were frozen and I couldn't feel my toes for like 3 hrs.  Not a bright idea.

3. We had to shell out about $900 for our cars this past week... and decided that we were going to trade in my car (a Chrysler Pacifica) but the dealer didn't want to budge on what they would give me for said car - so that was a no go.

4. Because we are in debt demolition mode, we can't really spend any extra money, so buying the car was not really a great idea - so we are back to no money spent!

5. I'm not looking forward to cleaning our house this weekend.  It really needs it.  Actually it needed it like weeks ago - but we have been swamped... so this weekend it is!
