You wanna do WHAT with the coffe?

Recently I saw a blog (can't remember which?) where there was a list of different uses for left over coffee. One of the uses was stain for furniture. I thought, what the heck?? I have a table that could use some staining... So off I went - though the hubby was not too convinced.

Here is what you need. Coffe, and two rags ( I took this pic after I had started staining)

Here is what the table looked like before the stain. Pretty raw.

Here is the during. Wow... I didn't really think it would work! LOL... All I did was dip the rag in the coffee, rub it on the table and then wiped up with the dry rag.
Here is the after. It's still wet and I think I could get away with doing another coat. So I will let it dry over night and reapply in the morning. Lets see if it really works out???
